    String summary "POOLC (47.679933 N, 55.43001667 W): is a water temperature and pressure gauge located in Pool's Cove, Fortune Bay. The station is equipped with an HydroMet OTT Pressure Level Sensor (PLS) measuring water pressure and temperature. The sensor is connected to a SUTRON Satlink2-V2 which collect 1 min average values (from a 1 Hz internal sampling) logged every 10 min and transmitted via an Omni-directional GOES antenna every hour. The station is installed on a wharf and the sensor is moored at about 1.5 m depth from mean sea level. This station was installed as part of a bay-scale monitoring program that occurred from May 2015 to May 2017 and that aimed at understanding the dominant ocean dynamics of Fortune Bay. It has been maintained ever since and visited on a yearly basis (approximately) though it suffered from instrument failure from late 2018 to late 2020. Details on the original program can be found at https://essd.copernicus.org/articles/12/1877/2020/essd-12-1877-2020.html";
    String summary_fra "POOLC (47.679933 N, 55.43001667 W): est une jauge de température et de pression de l'eau située à Pools' Cove, Belle Bay. La station est équipée d'une sonde HydroMet OTT (PLS) mesurant la pression et la température de l'eau. La sonde est connectée à un enregistreur SUTRON Satlink2-V2 qui collecte les valeurs moyennes d'une minute (à partir d'un échantillonnage interne à 1 Hz) enregistrées toutes les 10 minutes et transmises via une antenne GOES omnidirectionnelle toutes les heures. La station est installée sur un quai et la sonde est amarré à environ 1.5 m de profondeur du niveau moyen de la mer. Cette station a été installée dans le cadre d'un programme de surveillance qui s'est déroulé de mai 2015 à mai 2017 et qui visait à comprendre la dynamique océanique dominante de la baie de Fortune. Il a été entretenu depuis et visité chaque année (environ) bien qu'il ait souffert d'une défaillance instrumentale de fin 2018 à fin 2020. Les détails du programme de recherche original sont disponible sur https://essd.copernicus.org/articles/12/1877/2020/essd-12-1877-2020.html";

Using tabledap to Request Data and Graphs from Tabular Datasets

tabledap lets you request a data subset, a graph, or a map from a tabular dataset (for example, buoy data), via a specially formed URL. tabledap uses the OPeNDAP (external link) Data Access Protocol (DAP) (external link) and its selection constraints (external link).

The URL specifies what you want: the dataset, a description of the graph or the subset of the data, and the file type for the response.

Tabledap request URLs must be in the form
https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/tabledap/datasetID.fileType{?query}
For example,
https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/tabledap/pmelTaoDySst.htmlTable?longitude,latitude,time,station,wmo_platform_code,T_25&time>=2015-05-23T12:00:00Z&time<=2015-05-31T12:00:00Z
Thus, the query is often a comma-separated list of desired variable names, followed by a collection of constraints (e.g., variable<value), each preceded by '&' (which is interpreted as "AND").

For details, see the tabledap Documentation.
