The station is equipped with an HydroMet OTT Pressure Level Sensor (PLS) measuring water pressure and temperature. The sensor is connected to a SUTRON Satlink2-V2 which collect 1 min average values (from a 1 Hz internal sampling) logged every 10 min and transmitted via an Omni-directional GOES antenna every hour. The station is installed on a wharf and the sensor is moored at about 1.5 m depth from mean sea level. This station was installed as part of a bay-scale monitoring program that occurred from May 2015 to May 2017 and that aimed at understanding the dominant ocean dynamics of Fortune Bay. It has been maintained ever since and visited on a yearly basis (approximately) though it suffered from instrument failure from late 2018 to late 2020. The station is installed on a wharf and the sensor is moored at about 3 m depth from mean sea level. This station is part of a monitoring program led by the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (Fisheries and Oceans, Canada) to provide with an oceanographic baseline of the area.\n\ncdm_data_type = TimeSeries\nVARIABLES:\nstation_name\ntime (Timestamp, seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nwater_pressure (Sea Water Pressure, mbar)\nwater_temperature (Surface Temp Avg, degree_C)\nbattery_voltage (V)\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\n | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/erddap/metadata/fgdc/xml/DFO_Sutron_NHARB_fgdc.xml | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/erddap/metadata/iso19115/xml/DFO_Sutron_NHARB_iso19115.xml | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/erddap/info/DFO_Sutron_NHARB/index.htmlTable | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/station_alt.html?id=dfo_nharb | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/erddap/rss/DFO_Sutron_NHARB.rss | https://www.smartatlantic.ca/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=DFO_Sutron_NHARB&showErrors=false&email= | DFO-MPO | DFO_Sutron_NHARB | |||
