Winds back to 10 to 15 knot westerlies Monday evening under the ridge, then freshen to 15 to 25 knot southwesterlies Tuesday morning ahead of a trough. Winds diminish to 5 to 10 knot northeasterlies Tuesday evening as high pressure builds from the north. Good visibility falls to fair Tuesday afternoon. Light freezing spray Monday morning. Temperatures near minus 4 rise to minus 1 Monday evening, rising further to plus 1 Tuesday morning. Temperatures fall to zero Tuesday evening.
