5 to 10 knot northerlies freshen to 15 to 20 knots this morning, then further to 20 to 30 knots through this evening as a strong low tracks southeast of the Province. Winds diminish to 10 to 15 knots Thursday afternoon and persist into Friday morning, as high pressure builds from the west. Good visibility through the period. Temperatures near minus 4 through today fall to minus 7 Thursday morning. Temperatures gradually rise to minus 2 Friday morning.
