10 to 15 knot northwesterlies freshen to 15 to 20 knot northerlies this afternoon between a low to the east and high pressure building from the north. Winds freshen to 20 to 25 knot northeasterlies early Sunday and persist into evening as the low departs. Winds diminish to 10 to 15 knots Monday as high pressure builds over the Maritimes. Good visibility through the period. Temperatures between zero and plus 2 through Sunday fall to minus 4 Monday morning.
