Light southeasterlies freshen to 5 to 10 knot southwesterlies this evening, gradually freshen to 15 to 20 knots by Tuesday evening, as a weak low tracks over the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Winds veer to 5 to 10 knots northeasterlies Wednesday morning, south of a ridge. Good visibility except fair to occasionally poor through overnight and early morning periods. Temperatures between 17 and 22 through the period.
