15 to 20 knot northerlies this morning, in the wake of a low, steadily diminish to 5 to 10 knot northwesterlies by Wednesday morning as high pressure builds in its wake. Winds freshen to 15 to 20 knot southeasterlies Thursday morning as another low tracks over the Maritimes and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Fair visibility this morning in light snow. Visibility improves to good this afternoon, then falls to fair Wednesday evening and persists into Thursday morning. Temperatures near minus 4 this morning rise to near zero this afternoon, then fall to minus 5 Wednesday morning. Temperatures steadily rise to near 6 by Thursday morning.
