Winds diminish to 5 to 10 knots southerlies Saturday morning, west of the high, and back through the day to easterlies by Sunday morning, under a broad low. Fair visibility this morning improves to good by noon, then falls to fair Saturday morning and improves to good into the afternoon. Visibility falls to poor Sunday morning. Temperatures near 10 Friday and Saturday morning, rising to a high of 15 in the afternoon. Temperatures near 12 Sunday morning.
