10 to 15 knot southwesterlies this morning gradually back to southeasterlies by Friday morning as high pressure tracks south of Newfoundland and over the Grand Banks. Winds steadily freshen to 25 to 35 knots by Friday afternoon as a low approaches from the southwest, then diminish to 10 to 20 knot southerlies Friday evening into Saturday morning under the low centre. Good visibility falls to fair Friday afternoon, then further falls to poor Friday evening. Visibility improves to fair Saturday morning. Temperatures near zero fall to minus 2 this morning, then rise to plus 3 this afternoon. Temperatures fall to zero Friday morning, rise to plus 5 Friday afternoon, then fall to plus 2 Saturday morning.
