Winds veer to 10 to 15 knot southerlies Tuesday evening, then further to 20 to 30 knots Wednesday morning and afternoon, ahead of a trough. Good visibility falls to fair Wednesday morning and afternoon. Temperatures near 10 rise to 13 this afternoon, falling to 10 Tuesday morning. Temperatures gradually rise to 18 through Wednesday afternoon.
